For: Personal, non-commercial use
✅ What you can do
This license allows you to use the photos for personal purposes:
- Share on social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

- Set as wallpaper on your computer or phone
❌ What you cannot do
You may not use the photos for:
- Commercial purposes or to make money
- Advertising and promotional materials
- Products you sell (such as prints or merchandise)
- Reselling to others
- Templates or designs you sell
📊 Technical conditions
- Downloads: Maximum 5 times per photo
- Validity: Unlimited (no expiration)
- Resolution: Full quality available
Attribution: Not required, but we appreciate if you credit the photographer where possible.
💼 Commercial License
For: Business use, marketing and advertising
✅ What you can do
This license allows you to use the photos for business purposes:
- Websites, blogs and online publications
- Social media marketing and advertisements
- Brochures, flyers and other marketing materials
- Business presentations and documents
- Advertising campaigns (both online and print)
- Packaging and product design
- Books, magazines and editorial use
📦 Print run limit
- Print: Maximum 500,000 printed copies per project
- Digital: Unlimited use
- Larger print runs? You need an Extended License
❌ What you cannot do
You may not use the photos for:
- Resale as a standalone product (for example as a poster)
- Redistribution to third parties who will reuse the photos
- Templates you sell where the photo is the main element
- Defamatory, obscene or illegal purposes
- Creating misleading associations with brands or persons

- Downloads: Unlimited
- Validity: Unlimited (no expiration)
- Resolution: Full quality available
- Projects: Use in multiple projects permitted

🚀 Extended License
For: Unlimited business use including product resale
💎 Premium license: Includes all rights from the Commercial License + additional rights for product sales and resale.
✅ What you can do
This license includes everything from the Commercial License, plus these additional rights:
- Unlimited print runs (even above 500,000)
- Sell physical products with the photos (posters, t-shirts, mugs, etc.)
- Sell templates (website templates, PowerPoint templates, etc.)
- Print-on-demand services
- Unlimited distribution and reproduction
🛍️ Examples of permitted use
- Sell posters, canvas prints and wall decoration
- Merchandise such as t-shirts, mugs, phone cases
- Website templates with photos as design elements
- Calendars and greeting cards for sale
- Murals and large format prints
- Product packaging without print run limits
⚠️ What you still need to consider
Even with an Extended License, you may not:
- Resell as a standalone digital product (for example as a downloadable stock photo)
- Claim as your own work or copyright
- Use for defamatory, obscene or illegal purposes
- Use to create misleading associations with brands
- Use in pornographic content (unless explicitly permitted)

- Distribution: No quantity restrictions
👤 Model releases: For commercial use where recognizable people are prominently featured, you are responsible for obtaining any additional permissions.
📜 General legal provisions
Ownership rights: The photographer retains all copyrights. This license gives you usage rights, but not ownership of the photos.
Warranty: Photos are provided "as is". We are not liable for damages arising from the use of the photos.
Territory: All licenses are valid worldwide.
Transferability: You may not transfer this license to third parties without our written consent.
